Virginia ain't for lovers.

I had already decided not to live in Virginia when it passed its potentially unconstitutional law denying the benefits of marriage to same sex couples, but here's another reason to stay away: not reporting a late period to law enforcement within 12 hours may soon mean you're guilty of a Class One Misdemeanor and eligible for a year in jail. Let's hope this doesn't pass.
