Justice Thomas picks a GMU grad

GMU has garnered its first Supreme Court clerk, one Will Consovoy. However, it's not clear when Mr. Consovoy will be clerking for Justice Thomas, as he has been known to hire far in advance and at least two of the OT 2007 slots are already full.
